Car Remote Alarm Tip

We heard an excellent tip and wanted to share it.

Keep your car keys near your bed at night. If you hear a commotion outside your house or someone attempting to enter your home, simply hit the panic button on your car keys.

The alarm will be activated, and the horn will continue to sound until you turn it off or the car battery dies.

Next time you arrive home for the night and begin to put your keys away, consider this: It is a security alarm system that you most likely already have and does not require installation.

Try it. It will start honking from almost anywhere in your house and will continue to do so until your battery runs out or you reset it using the button on the key chain. It works when you park in your driveway or garage. If your vehicle alarm goes off while someone is attempting to break into your home, the intruder is unlikely to remain. After a few seconds, all of the neighbors will be looking out their windows to see who is there, which the thief will not want.

Remember to carry your keys when strolling to your car in a parking lot. The alarm can function the same manner there.

This tip would also be handy in an emergency, such as a heart attack, where you are unable to access a cellphone.

This could save a life!
